If you have a problem with an order you received, just call us @ 580-526-3119 or @ orders@roughneckshack.com. If you email us, it may take a few days to get back to you, but we will get back to you as soon as possible. We have 7 different emails that we have to go through everyday and sometimes it takes awhile to go through a few of them. Just please keep having patience with us.
We mail our items out as quick as we can. Some get mailed the next day, some don't get mailed for a week, it just depends. If everyone sent us the correct email we could let them know that their order has been delayed for whatever reason. (Such as we sold way more drillbit mugs than we thought we would and we ran out, so we have been waiting on more to get ready.) They are ready now, so the delayed orders on the drillbit mugs will be mailed Monday, Jan. 7th, 2008 along with extra to make up for the wait.
